Spring is here!

Welcome to Spring and the renewal it brings. Our hearts have certainly been heavy this past week with all that our community has witnessed and suffered. As a law enforcement family, the loss of an Officer is something we pray we never experience. This is the second for us. The first was 1997. We prayed deeply that would have been the last. In 1997, my husband was a Deputy on the road, and I worked in our emergency room as a medical tech. That day’s events are still painful to re-live and the death of this young, vibrant, father, military veteran, and police officer last week, brings it all back.

And then, with a roar, Spring plows through the door. With rain showers God washes away the gloom, with the wind God blows out the old dead leaves, with the sunshine God wakes the flowers to bloom. If winter left you with a heavy heart, plant your own garden this Spring. Bloom right where you are planted.

We strive to create events that leave one’s heart happy and refreshed. We hope as you travel through Spring, you will join us in celebrating this season. Grab a friend or loved one and ticket to any one of our celebrations. We cannot wait to serve you!

…for your Valentine!

“Love is patient, love is kind, it does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor other, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.”

1 Corinthians 13-8

Send your loved one something extra sweet and a little unexpected. Orders must be placed by 12- Noon, Tuesday, February 13.

New Year, New Experiences…

Gifts are grand, but experiences leave lasting impressions and create forever memories. With it being January, there is a new year ahead of us to fill with wonderful things. Try filling this year with experiences instead of “stuff”. Stuff will eventually pile up, crowd your space, create clutter, and deteriorate. Loving experiences and memories will seed your mind with beautiful memories and moments in time.

Follow us throughout the year for opportunities to join us in some of our special events. We have two coming up for Valentine’s Day.

Our 5th Annual Daddy and His Princess Valentine’s Tea.

We believe that daddies will always be their little girl’s first love. It’s precious for us to see how special these little ladies in the making feel with this special afternoon Tea with just them and their dads. It’s an event we treasure, and we treasure those that attend. For tickets, please visit our Current Events page in the menu bar above.

Once Upon a Night

This is the theme for our couples Valentine’s Day Event. We try to create something special each year. Last year we held a “Lady and the Tramp” cooking event for couples. It was a super fun evening. This year we decided to go a little more romantic. Join us for a Horse Drawn Carriage ride through Sutter with a few special surprises. You’ll return to the restaurant to enjoy a French Country, 3 Course Dinner, finishing with Champagne and Dessert. We hope you’ll consider joining us. For tickets, please visit our Current Events page in the menu bar above.
